The Watering Can

The Watering Can is produced by the Hillingdon Allotment and Horticultural Federation. It is distributed to allotment holders three times a year by the London Borough of Hillingdon. The title was changed from 'Allotment Newsletter' to 'The Watering Can' in 2009.
